This recipe is from Tupperware for use with their empanada maker. Use this recipe with any filling that has already been cooked.

Recipe Ingredients for Empanada Dough

1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Golden Masa Harina Corn Flour
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
4 oz Regular Stick

Recipe Directions for Empanada Dough

Melt butter. Mix ingredients together to form a ball of soft dough (you may need to add more masa harina or water). Roll out and cut with the bottom of the empanada maker. Place on the top of the empanada maker, put approximately 1 TBS of filling into the middle. Use a pastry brush and egg whites to seal the edges. Brush tops with egg whites. Bake on lightly sprayed cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Enjoy!
