Mid-week mess, of vegetarian chilli, beans, tortilla chips and melted cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Emma's Quorn Chilli & Tortillas

3 tblsp sunflower oil
1 garlic clove
1 tblsp chilli powder
300 grams Mince - Chilled
700 grams Passata Italian Sauce
240 grams Beans
157 grams Sweetcorn
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/2 cup Mixed Pepper Strips
300 grams Tortilla Chips
2 oz Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Emma's Quorn Chilli & Tortillas

Fry the quorn in the oil, chilli powder and seasoning. Add the garlic, spring onions and mixed peppers and cook. Add the beans, sweetcorn and passata and cook. Grate the cheese over the tortillas and microwave 1 minute. Serve with guacamole and tortilla wraps.
