1200 grams Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
4 medium Carrots
320 grams Peas, Green
0.05 serving Worcester Soy Sauce
2 Serving Vegetable Stock

Recipe Directions for Emma's Lentil Casserole with new boiled potatoes

Boil Potatoes separately. Bring Lentils and 1 liter veg stock to the boil and simmer 10 mins,chop and add carrots and simmer further 10 mins, add peas simmer 5 more mins. Add 2 tsp veg gravy granules and 1 tblsp worcester sauce. Season to taste
