A vegetarian Pizza topped with mozarella, peppers and sweetcorn.

Recipe Ingredients for Emma Jane's Pizza with peppers & sweetcorn

200 g grated mozarella
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
150 g sweetcorn
4 tblsp chopped tomato
450 g flour
4 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 pint water

Recipe Directions for Emma Jane's Pizza with peppers & sweetcorn

Dissolve yeast with the hand warm water and sugar. Mix flours with salt. Add yeast and olive oil into flours and knead into dough. Leave to rise and double in size. Divide into 2 and roll out onto 2 pizza trays. Top with passata, seasonings, peppers, sweetcorn and mozarella. Bake for 20 - 35 minutes at 220 degrees.
