Recipe Ingredients for Emma Jane's Herby Bread

400 g wheat flour
3 tblsp olive oil
1 tsp dried garlic
1 tblsp sugar
1 tblsp dried herbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 pint water

Recipe Directions for Emma Jane's Herby Bread

Mix flour, garlic herbs and salt. 1 tsp dried yeast dissolved in water with the sugar. Add 2 tblsp olive oil, yeast and mix. Rise on the tray for 30mins - 1 hr. Drissle with remaining olive oil. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 mins.
