4 cup dry Quick Oats
1 cup Oat Bran
10 oz Milled Flax Seed
6 serving Instant Oatmeal
7 1/2 cup skim milk
15 tsp cinnamon
4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Emily's Heart-Healthy Oatmeal

  1. Mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag.

  2. heat 1/2 cup mix with 1/2 cup 2% milk in microwave for 1 minute.

  3. Add cinnamon and walnuts to taste.
