Recipe Ingredients for Elvis' Squash Supreme

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lbs summer squash
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp minced onion
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 grated carrot

Recipe Directions for Elvis' Squash Supreme

  1. Add all ingredients except breadcrumbs to cooked and mashed squash.

  2. Sprinkle layer of breadcrumbs in a 2 quart casserole dish.

  3. Pour mixture over breadcrumbs. Cover with remaining breadcrumbs.

  4. Cook for 30 minutes at 350F.
