Recipe Ingredients for Elvis Muffins

1 cup flour
3/4 cup oats
5 tbsp honey
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
3 bananas
1 egg
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Elvis Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, Grease muffin pans

  2. Combine 1 cup flour, oats, cinnamon and baking powder

  3. Whisk honey, milk, peanut butter, egg, oil, vanilla

  4. Stir dry and wet together until moistened

  5. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full

  6. Stir 1/4 cup flour, melted butter and brown sugar, sprinkle over muffins

  7. Bake for 18 minutes until golden brown.
