Recipe Ingredients for elvis dessert "pizza"

1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp water
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 large banana (mashed)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp carob
4 tbsp raw peanuts

Recipe Directions for elvis dessert "pizza"

  1. Mix everything together and pour into a pan

  2. lightly sprayed pan with cooking none stick spray

  3. Cook in an UN-PREHEATED oven at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
