Aptly named the Elvis Breakfast by my grandpa, I got this recipe(and modified it ever so slightly - I don't like yogurt) from a Biggest Loser recipe article.

Recipe Ingredients for Elvis Breakfast(reduced fat peanut butter/no yogurt)

1 medium banana
2 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter
2 tablespoons Grape Nuts

Recipe Directions for Elvis Breakfast(reduced fat peanut butter/no yogurt)

  1. First you split the banana just as you would for a traditional banana split.

  2. Then you use 2 tbsp. of the reduced fat peanut butter(1 per side of the banana), spreading it across the insides of each half.

  3. Last, you sprinkle the Grape Nuts across it.

  4. Voila, healthy banana split!
