Recipe Ingredients for Ellen's Meatloaf for 4 (correct calorie count too)

1 lb. ground beef, bison
1 medium onion, diced
1 egg
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. stewed tomatoes
1 slice bread
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. ketchup

Recipe Directions for Ellen's Meatloaf for 4 (correct calorie count too)

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the ketchup.

  2. Mix well (I use my hands)

  3. In a small baking pan, form a rectangular meatloaf, then lightly coat it with ketchup.

  4. Back at 350F for 1-1/2 hours or until well-browned and cooked through.
