Recipe Ingredients for Ellens Kabobs

8 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 oz cooked Boneless Sirloin Steak
10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 serving White Pearl Onions
0.5 cup, cubes Eggplant
0.5 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties

Recipe Directions for Ellens Kabobs

  1. Slice the meat into cubes

  2. Marinate the meats in your personal favorite Marinade for 2-8 hours. (mine is brown sugar and Worcester Sauce.)

  3. Slice the vegetables for the skewers.

  4. Using 6 metal skewers, fill each metal skewer with one item, (chicken skewer, steak skewer, bell pepper skewer, etc.)

  5. Using coals, we Flip the meat skewers every 2-3 minutes for approximately 10-15 minutes

  6. With the vegetables, flip every 2 minutes for 6-10 minutes or until your liking.

  7. Place each of the finished ingredients into a bowl and serve!
