Recipe Ingredients for Ellen's Bran Muffins

4 oz oat bran
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup milk, non fat

Recipe Directions for Ellen's Bran Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Beat egg into milk, mix with applesauce

  3. Add to dry ingredients, mix well.

  4. Add a splash more milk to make it soupy

  5. Divide between 24 mini muffin cups

  6. Bake 350 for about 20 minutes
