Recipe Ingredients for Elleineden's Pork Parmesan

3/5 kg pork
398 ml hunts tomato sauce
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c italian bread crumbs
1/2 c mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Elleineden's Pork Parmesan

  1. Beat egg, dip each strip of pork (thinly sliced) in egg and then dredge in bread crumbs.

  2. Put oil in a pan, turn down heat to 8, and add breaded pork. Brown and turn over til other side is also browned.

  3. Add the tomato sauce, cover and simmer (around 3-4) for about 20 minutes.

  4. Grate mozzarella and add to pork in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
