A slightly healthier version than the normal ground beef lasagna.

Recipe Ingredients for Elk Lasagna

20 oz whole wheat lasagna
2 lbs ground Elk
1 small onion chopped
2 cups mushrooms
2 cups tomato sauce
3 tbsp tomato paste
3 cups mozzarella, part skim milk cheese
1 litre fat free cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Elk Lasagna

Make as you would a normal lasagna, the only difference is you are substituting ground Elk for ground beef, part skim mozza for regular mozza, whole wheat noodles for regular noodles and fat free cottage cheese for the regular full fat version.
