Recipe Ingredients for Eliz Lentils: Version 2

2 cups lentils
1 tomatoes, crushed, canned
1 green bell pepper
1 medium onion
3.5 serving Fully Cooked Lean Smoked Turkey Sausage
1 tbs olive oil
2 jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
200 g Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned

  1. saute onion, bell pepper, garlic, jalepenos in olive oil/water

  2. add lentils and tomatoes

  3. cover with water

  4. simmer for one hour
