Recipe Ingredients for Elisha's Coffee Cake


Wet Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 cup skim milk

Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Spicy topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter (melted)

Recipe Directions for Elisha's Coffee Cake

  1. Combine wet ingredients.

  2. Sift together dry ingredients; add to wet mixture.

  3. Mix well; Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

  4. Prepare spicy topping; Sprinkle with spicy topping.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 mintues.
