No crust-- this batter bakes it's own.

Recipe Ingredients for Eli's Quiche

10 oz. Asparagus
1 cup ricotta cheese, nonfat
4 eggs
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 cup skim milk, nonfat
4 oz. mushrooms
1/2 cup green onions
1 medium tomato
1 cup yogurt, nonfat
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Eli's Quiche

  1. Beat eggs, milk, yogurt, and flower together.

  2. Add cheese, onions, chopped mushrooms, chopped tomatoes.

  3. Pour into a lightly greased quiche dish.

  4. Bake at 350 for about an hour.

  5. Should be set and lightly browned, knife or toothpick should come out clean.
