Recipe Ingredients for Elena's 15 Minute Salmon

1 tsp Vinegar red wine
1 1tsp Olive Oil
.25 tbsp Capers
0.25 tbsp Parsley
8 oz cooked Farm-Raised Atlantic Salmon Steak
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Elena's 15 Minute Salmon

Whisk vinegar and oil together. Add capers, then parsley. Pour mixture over fish. Wrap in tin foil. Bake at 400 degress for 10-5 minutes, or until form to the touch. Place o top of steamed spinach.
