Recipe Ingredients for elaine's wilted spinach

1 lb fresh spinach
1 1/2 cup onion
1 slice turkey bacon
1 clove garlic
2 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbs lemon juice

Recipe Directions for elaine's wilted spinach

Wash spinach well and tear or chop into bite-size pieces. Heat olive oil and sautee onion, garlic and bacon. Stir in salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add spinach and toss to coat well until spinach is wilted. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
