Recipe Ingredients for elaine's veggie stir-fry with chickpeas

2 cups organic chick peas
1 cup red onion
1/2 cup celery
2 cloves garlic
4 cups cauliflower
4 cups mushrooms
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 serving Teriyaki Sauce Veri Veri Teriyaki
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for elaine's veggie stir-fry with chickpeas

steam cauliflower chunks, cut up rest of veggies and sautee in olive oil. add steamed cauliflower, seasonings and teriyaki. toss to coat thoroughly and heat through. serve with a whole grain like brown rice, barley or quinoa.
