Even the girls will eat this! Yummy, Crunchy and slightly sweet. Great on a whole wheat bun with lettuce and tomato.

Recipe Ingredients for Elaine's Tuna Salad

5 oz albacore tuna
2 tbsp Light Miracle Whip
1/2 cup Onion
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cup Celery
1/2 cup grapes
1 tbsp Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Elaine's Tuna Salad

  1. Chop onion, carrots, celery and walnuts. Slice grapes. Add all to tuna. Add Miracle Whip to hold.

  2. Serve on bed of lettuce or on a whole wheat bun.

  3. Delicious!
