14 oz chicken breast
1 can low-sodium diced tomatoes
1 can navy beans
1 cup onion
3 garlic cloves
1 cup carrot
1/2 cup celery
1 serrano pepper
3 cups spinach
2 cups kale
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp mrs. dash
32 oz organic vegetable broth

heat oil, sautee onion, garlic, celery, carrot. chop up chicken and sautee. add beans, tomatoes, greens and broth. season to taste. simmer till veggies are tender and chicken is cooked.
