Recipe Ingredients for elaine's banana chocolate chip bread

1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
3 bananas
1/3 cup water
1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for elaine's banana chocolate chip bread

mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. cream coconut oil and sugar, stir in eggs till blended. mash bananas (the riper, the better) and add with the water, beat 30 sconds. stir in dry ingredients until just moistened, then fold in chocolate chips. pour into pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake 55 - 60 min. at 350F. let cool 5 minutes, loosen loaf around edges and remove from pan to cool completely on wire rack. cut into 20 1/2-inch slices.
