Soup based on Alton Brown's recipe with Elaine's Sauteed vegetables (mirapwaukaua)

Recipe Ingredients for Elaine and Alton Brown's Soup

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
3 Celery Stalks, Large
2 large Carrots
1 medium Carrot
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1/4 tsp Dried Tarragon
5 cups Chicken Stock
1 cup Water
6 9/10 oz Chicken Breast, Roasted
172 grams Pasta

Recipe Directions for Elaine and Alton Brown's Soup

  1. Marinate and Grill Chicken. Cut up into chunks

  2. Sautee the chopped vegetables and salt, add garlic and sautee some more. Add Broth and Water and bring to simmer Meanwhile cook pasta to before al dente.

  3. Simmer soup until carrrots are softish but not soggy.

  4. Add Pasta, Herbs and Chicken and simmer a couple more minutes.
