Recipe Ingredients for Eierpfannkuchen

1/2 l milk, 2% fat
200 g flour
30 g sugar
2 eggs
1 g salt

Recipe Directions for Eierpfannkuchen

  1. Stir all ingredients well together. (blender works well)

  2. Pour small amount (1 or 2 ladle full) in hot non-stick pan.

  3. Fry both sides until golden brown.

  4. Eat with fresh berries, sprinkled sugar, marmalade, nutella, honey or whatever you like.
