1 tbs mirin
1 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs teriyaki sauce
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for eggya teriyaki chicken

  1. clean and cube chicken

  2. put all ingredients except for onion into the chicken

  3. mix well, marinate it in the fridge for at least an hour

  4. cook onion, put the marinated item

  5. when chicken is cooked well enough, serve
