Recipe Ingredients for Eggy Veggies

3 large Egg, White
4 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
150 grams Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
9 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
150 grams Tomatoes
2 cup Spinach
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 serving Pure Soya Margarine

Recipe Directions for Eggy Veggies

Slice asparagus into small rings. Chop tomatoes and peppers. Tear spinach. Sautee vegetables until spinach is wilted. Add bread, cut into cubes. Cook for 5 minutes. Add eggs and scramble. Cook over medium heat until eggs are cooked through. Season to taste.
