Scrambled Egg with many extras. A favourite, quick meal in my flat.

Recipe Ingredients for Eggy Smush!

6 medium Eggs
1/2 medium red onion, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 cup sweetcorn
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup peas

Recipe Directions for Eggy Smush!

  1. Heat oil in wok

  2. Lightly fry pepper and onion until soft

  3. Add sweetcorn and peas

  4. Beat eggs and gently add to vegetables

  5. Continually stir the mixture

  6. Cook until egg reaches consistency you desire

  7. Add cheese

  8. Serve.
