Recipe Ingredients for Eggy Rice

3 large eggs
1/5 oz butter
200 grams steamed white rice

Recipe Directions for Eggy Rice

  1. put butter into hot pan to melt.

  2. crack eggs into pan.

  3. when whites are almost fully cooked add 3 tablespoons of water to the pan, and cover with a lid

  4. remove eggs when white surrounding yolks is cooked.

  5. place cooked eggs on top of bowl of rice.
