Fantastic filling, fairly healthy breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for eggwich - egg, veggie, toast

1 slice wheat toast, 100% whole wheat
1 egg, fried
1/3 Bacon, crispy
1/4 cup tomato or sprouts or any other veggie you like
1 serving low fat cheddar cheese
1/8 cup avocado
1/8 tsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for eggwich - egg, veggie, toast

  1. fry your bacon until crispy, pour off the fat, and wipe pan with paper towel

  2. fry your egg (try to keep it so it will fit on half a piece of toast)

  3. put cheese on egg to melt

  4. Fry the tomato too (if you want)

  5. toast your toast and cut in half

  6. spread avocodo on half the toast

  7. put egg, veggies, and bacon on top

  8. add hot sauce to taste
