4 oz. bread, frenchstick (6" piece)
3 eggs
4 mushrooms
60 grams asparagus (4 spiers)
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Eggside My French

  1. In a non stick frying pan,oil, mushrooms(slice), asparagus (diced), 1 clove of garlic (minced)--cook till all tender, cut french stick (sandwich style)--set aside-spread out the vegetables evenly in the frying pan,add 3 eggs, take both pieces, of the french stick, sandwich style down,and press into the eggs, gathering the substances over and around the bread,

  2. cook to till egg forms nicely, browning lightly on the undercoat, separate in the middle, gather substance again around the bread pieces, serve hot
