eggs & veggies with olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for eggs & veggies

2 whole eggs
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

Recipe Directions for eggs & veggies

  1. scramble eggs and set aside

  2. saute veggies in water

  3. remove veggies and add olive oil to pan

  4. add eggs then veggies and stir gently

  5. cook until done.
