Makes 1 serving



4 eggs with half a tin of tuna for my second meal of the day. Eating 4 meals for weight gaining on a high protein diet. Will be working up to 5 meals once I up my training to a heavier load.

65 grams Tuna

Recipe Directions for Eggs & Tuna

4 eggs cooked in microwave or in pan with light olive oil. Add half a tin of tuna once the eggs are almost complete.
