2 serving Egg, Whole
4 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
3 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Eggs w/ tomatoe & onion

cook onions in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. All this under medium fire. Add eggs and scramble and cook to desired texture.
