Recipe Ingredients for Eggs Scrambled Ham Onion Bell Pepper

1 1/2 cups fresh red bell pepper
1 yellow onion
9 oz. honey ham
12 large eggs
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp dry parsley
1 tsp dry rosemary
1 tsp dry thyme
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Eggs Scrambled Ham Onion Bell Pepper

  1. Chop ham, bell pepper & onion into 1/4" size pieces.

  2. Heat the olive oil in stainless steel pan

  3. Add veggies & seasonings. Stirfry 'til onions begin to soften.

  4. Scramble eggs in bowl with salt & pepper.

  5. Add to pan when veggies are ready.

  6. Remove from heat when eggs set up but before they dry out.

  7. Drain any excess liquid before serving.
