Recipe Ingredients for Eggs with Sausage Over Toast

4 eggs large (whisked together)
80 grams pork sausage (2 pattys)
3 spray pam
45 grams bread, very thin (3 slices toasted)
1 tablespoon butter

Recipe Directions for Eggs with Sausage Over Toast

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add pork sausage patties. Cook patties until golden brown and cooked in the center.

  2. Remove patties from heat. Cut them in small bite sized pieces

  3. Spray skillet with pam add whisked eggs. Add the cut up patties. Mix well and allow eggs to cook thoroughly (do not overcook). Remove from heat

  4. Spread butter on the slices of bread evenly.

  5. Top each slice of bread evenly with the egg and sausage mixture.
