Recipe Ingredients for Eggs and Rice

97 1/2 grams Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 large Egg, Whole
2 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Extra Lean
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Eggs and Rice

Heat oil in a frying pan, add rice (precooked). Cube/shred ham and add it to rice. Break egg over rice and stir it in as it cooks.Add pepper to taste. Serve hot.
