Recipe Ingredients for Eggs w onions, potatoes, and cheese

1 serving Chili Oil
0.33 cup Whole White Potatoes
0.2 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 serving Extra Sharp New York Cheddar (Valley Forge)
2 serving Egg Beaters Original (correct calories)

Recipe Directions for Eggs w onions, potatoes, and cheese

  1. Saute potatoes and onions in oil. Until onions are softened and potatoes are browned. Remove from pan.

  2. Beat egg beaters with egg, Pour into pan and cook until almost done.

  3. Add potato mixture back in with grated cheese.

  4. Mix in pan over low heat until eggs are firm.
