Recipe Ingredients for Eggs with onion, pepper and goat cheese

5 Eggs
1 tbls red onion
30 g bell pepper
30 g Cheese
1 tsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Eggs with onion, pepper and goat cheese

  1. Dice onion and pepper

  2. Rub some of the butter in a small non stick saute pan

  3. Cook onion and pepper over medium heat until they begin to soften.

  4. While onions and pepper cook scramble eggs with milk, salt and pepper

  5. Add remaining butter

  6. Add eggs and cook until firm

  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle cheese on top and cover for 2 minutes

  8. Remove from heat, add
