1 serving Fearn NaturfreshRaw Wheat Germ
1 serving Red Mill Organic Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
4 serving Chino Valley Ranchers Organic Free Range Brown Eggs
6 serving 365 Organic Egg Whites
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp tarragon
1 1/2 oz mushrooms, chopped
4 1/5 oz onion
5 serving Diestel Breakfast Turkey Sausage
3 1/2 serving fresh & easy finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 serving fresh & easy broccoli florets
1 1/2 serving low fat cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Eggs: Low-Carb Broccoli and Cheddar Mini-Quiches

Preheat oven to 350?F. Coat a 12-cup nonstick muffin pan with canola oil cooking spray. Combine wheat germ and flaxseed in small bowl. Add 1 tsp of the mixture to each muffin cup, spreading to evenly coat bottoms. Whisk eggs, milk and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add garlic powder, pepper, tarragon and cheddar cheese, and whisk until combined. Stir in broccoli and mushrooms and divide mixture among muffin cups using a 1/4-cup measure. Bake 30 to 35 minutes on middle oven rack or until lightly browned on top and knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack 5 to 10 minutes and loosen edges from pan with a knife. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
