6 eggs, hardcooked separated white and yolks
3 tbls butter
3 tbls flour
1 1/2 cup milk
4 slices bread
1 tbls butter

Recipe Directions for Eggs A La Goldenrod

Make white sauce with 3 tbls butter, flour and milk. remove yolk from egg, recerve. Chop whites and add to white sauce, grate yolks. Butter toast with 1 tbls butter. put sauce mixture over toast garnish with egg yolk . Can put yolks in sauce reserving 2 to sprinkle over serving.
