5 egg
1/3 cup white flour
2 cup milk, nonfat
1/2 cup light margarine

Recipe Directions for Eggs Goldenrod

  1. Boil eggs

  2. Melt Margarine in large pan

  3. mix flour with margarine

  4. pour in milk

  5. Stir till creamy

  6. shell eggs and cut in half.

  7. remove yolks and set aside

  8. chop up egg whites and mix in gravy

  9. serve on toast and top with crumbled yolks and paprika
