Recipe Ingredients for eggs curry

1 onion
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp chili powder
14 oz canned diced tomatoes
1/4 cup cilantro
4 eggs (hard-boiled)
1 cup rice

Recipe Directions for eggs curry

  1. Saute onion in butter - 10 min.

  2. Add ginger, garlic, salt, garam masala, coriander, and chili pepper - 2 min. Stir in tomatoes and simmer for 5 min. Add cilantro. Add eggs and cook over low heat ntil sauce thickens - 5 min. Serve over rice.
