2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, cubes Avocados

Recipe Directions for eggs, couscous, avocado brunch

  1. Heat sunflower oil in pan, fry 2 eggs (over easy)

  2. Cook couscous according to box instructions

  3. Serve egg on couscous, add half an avocado on top
