scrambled eggs smothered in sour cream, cheddar cheese, chili and tomatos

Recipe Ingredients for eggs with chili

8 eggs
1/2 c cream
1 c sour cream
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 c chili
1/2 c green onions

Recipe Directions for eggs with chili

  1. Lightly beat eggs and cream, pour in pan. Let cook, lifting the edges occasionally to let uncooked egg to the bottom of the pan to cook. When it is about halfway cooked through, take it off the heat.

  2. Put chili on the top, in an "x", then mix sour cream and cheese together, and add to the top of the chili. Then put tomatoes and green onions over the top and broil 5 minutes or until sour cream and cheese mixtues browns lightly.
