2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup zucchini
1 cup carrots
1/3 cup onion
2/3 cup mushrooms
12 ounces bean sprouts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger

Recipe Directions for Eggroll Stuffing

  1. Heat oil in skillet or wok.

  2. Add all ingredients and heat until cooked. Drain.
