this is best after having turkey/turky sausage hamburgers and using the leftover meat

Recipe Ingredients for Eggplant/Zucchini spaghetti

1/2 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound turkey sausage
2 jar Ragu
1 zucchini
1 eggplant
1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
24 oz rotini

Recipe Directions for Eggplant/Zucchini spaghetti

  1. brown meat, drain

  2. in same pan, saute vegetables

  3. add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper

  4. put meat and veggies in pot

  5. add tomato sauce

  6. simmer for 20 minutes

  7. cook pasta

  8. combine
