Recipe Ingredients for Eggplant Torta

1 cup japanese eggplant
1 egg
1/2 tsp oil
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Eggplant Torta

  1. grill eggplant till soft, peel

  2. scramble egg and pour onto eggplant

  3. heat skillet and pour oil

  4. fry eggplant mixture for 2 minutes then turn for another 2 minutes. Serve while hot.
