3 medium Tomatoes
3 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
4 oz Bocconcini
